The house is located near, but not on, the lake on a low-traffic street with sidewalks throughout this part of Silver Lake. One more photo for you. This is the front of the house while the movie 25 Hill was being filmed in our home! In April 2010 Corbin Bernsen and his production company rented our home to film the interior scenes for the film he is making about a family's entry in the All-American Soapbox Derby. To see the promotional trailer go to www.25hill.com. They plan to complete filming in July 2010 at Derby Downs in Akron, and to release the film in the Summer of 2011. In the trailer you'll see a bit of our livingroom, foyer, a bedroom office and garage, but more in the complete film, of course. The new homeowner gets a copy of the scrapbook we're making. What fun!
